How are AfterGlow accessories powered?

 - Most of our creations run on a single CR2032 Lithium Cell watch battery.

How long can I expect my artwear to glow?

  - Most AfterGlow pieces get at least 5 outings (30 hours) before the lights can start to dim, and you may want to refresh the battery to brighten up. Many of our pieces can go much longer (depending on the number of LEDs and patterns).

Where can I get CR2032 Lithium batteries? 

  - They are available at most convenience stores (CVS etc), but we also get them in bulk from this link here: Amazon Link.

How do I care for my AfterGlow artwear? 

  - Generally, treat them as you would any other electronic device. Avoid contact with water or extreme temperatures (such as a hot car), and handle gently so as to not pull on or damage the wires or connections.

Are AfterGlow pieces adjustable in size?

  - All Chokers, Cuffs, Bracers, and Bracelets are adjustable. Our Pendant Necklaces will be set to the size you choose during purchase. If you need a custom fit, please reach out through the "Contact" link. 

Can I request specific LED colors for a piece I like?

 - Yes! Go to "Contact" and send us a message. Please be aware there is a wait list, so you may need to be a little patient. 

Do you take custom orders?

  - Yes! Go to "Contact" and send us a message. You will then be directed to our questionnaire for further information. Please be aware there is a wait list, so you may need to wait a bit for your original creation. Thank you for your patience!

Do you do ever collaborate with other artists/creators?

  - Yes! If you have a project in mind please reach out through the "Contact" link. We would love to chat and bring your work to light, if possible! 

What is your return/repair policy?

  - We stand behind every one of our works, and reliability is very important to us. If something goes wrong, we want to know about it! In the event of an issue, please use the "Contact" form and send us a message so we can make it right. If we cannot repair the piece we will refund or replace it at no charge to you. *Valid up to 1 year after purchase*

What does "Addressable RGB" mean?

  - Addressable LEDs are "smart" lights, in that you can select different colors and patterns. Generally this would be done either by push button (for preset modes) or using an app on your mobile device, connected to the piece via WiFi.

How are Addressable RGB's powered?

  - Addressable LEDs are powered by rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries. These have restrictions on them for shipping and safety. That is why they are for "Local Sale Only."

When can we buy Addressable RGB AfterGlow pieces? 

   - We are working on it! We are currently in research and development, and hoping to find a safer, easier method of powering them soon. Check back in a few months!!
